System Requriments
Your computer must meet the following requirements:
- Adobe Flash Player 8.0. If you need the Flash Player plug-in, you can download it from Adobe
- Microsoft Windows 2000 or higher with latest updates installed, or Mac OS X 10.3 or higher
- Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Safari
- A broadband internet connection
Video Not Playing Correctly
If you are having trouble playing a video, please upgrade your Flash Player from Adobe

if the player is not displaying the video correctly or is displaying the wrong video,your web browser may be displaying cached information.
To clear your browser cache, perform the following steps:
Firefox
- Go to a different website such as google.com.
- Choose Options from the Tools menu
- Click the Privacy icon, select the Cache tab, and click Clear Cache Now.
- Click on the History tab, and select Clear Browsing History Now.
- Click OK to close the Options dialog
- Close all open Firefox windows.
Safari
- Go to a different website such as google.com
- Choose Empty Cache from the Safari menu
Microsoft Internet Explorer
- Go to a different website such as google.com.
- Click on Tools -> Internet Options -> General
- Click the Delete Files button, select the "Delete all Offline files" option and then click OK
- Once the process completes, click OK to close the Options dialog
- Close all open Internet Explorer browser windows.
